NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE

Effective October 1st, 2025, new water rates will be applied which will reflect the required amount to service the debt incurred by the State mandated replacement of the Town water reservoir with the new water tower.

The gross debt incurred totaled $1,826,376.58. The net debt less subsidies are $1,591,141.56. The annual amount required to service the debt is $53,000. This debt started as of January 1st, 2025, and continues until September 1st 2054.

The increase amounts to a 50 % increase per customer.
