Upcoming Berlin CSD Board of Education Meeting, School Budget Vote, and BOE Election Reminders:

Please note there has been a location change for our final Board of Education meeting before the Budget and BOE Election on May 19, 2026. This Board of Education Round Table Meeting will now be held in the auditorium at the Berlin Middle High School, not the elementary school as previously communicated.

Budget Vote Day on 5/19/26 will be a HALF DAY for BES ONLY.

BCSD School Board Member Elections:

There are two seats up for election for three-year terms (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029).

Voters may vote for a candidate whose name is printed on the ballot by filling in the bubble area next to the name of the candidate or voters may also vote for a person (or persons) whose name is not printed on the ballot by writing such person(s) name(s) in the blank spaces provided for write-in candidates.

Current board member Frank Zwack is running for re-election for one of the open seats.

HELP WANTED

The Town of Berlin is looking for a person to perform cleaning services at the town complex. Work hours are estimated to be approximately four (4) hours a week.

Applicant must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift somewhat heavy objects such as vacuum cleaners, garbage bags, etc.

Any interested persons must send a letter of interest to the Berlin Town Clerk at PO Box 307 Berlin, NY 12022 or drop off at the Clerk’s office during business hours.
